REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the same style in a different size as long as the item is in pristine condition with no body stains or smells. If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or you have received the wrong item please contact info@alfonsdovana.com and we will be happy to assist you the next business day. The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded back during business hours. If you email us outside the working hours you will be responded to the next business day.
